SAP Data Migration Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Project Job Title: SAP Data Migration Consultant Experience: 6+ Years Location: Remote (Candidate must be willing to collect company assets from Pune) Employment Type: Contract Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end SAP data migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and go-live support. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LTMOM.

Key Responsibilities Analyze legacy system data and define migration requirements. Prepare data mapping, transformation, and migration design documents. Perform data extraction, cleansing, enrichment, and transformation activities.

Execute data migration into SAP S/4HANA using: SAP Data Migration Cockpit LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) LTMOM (Migration Object Modeler) Other SAP migration tools as required Conduct mock migration cycles and reconciliation activities. Validate migrated data and ensure data quality and accuracy. Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

Collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Identify and resolve migration-related issues and risks. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on SAP Data Migration experience.

Strong expertise in: SAP Data Migration Cockpit LTMC (Mandatory) LTMOM (Mandatory) Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project. Strong understanding of SAP Master Data and Transactional Data migration. Experience in data extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote project environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.

SAP Certification(s) will be an added advantage. Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs. Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
