IT SAP PM Consultant Business: Pilgrim's Europe Department: IT Rushmere We're looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to lead the design and rollout of a modern, S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution across Pilgrim's Europe. This is a key transformation role, moving from legacy ECC designs to a user-centric, Fiori-enabled, mobile-ready SAP PM solution as part of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud programme. Act as the functional lead and SME for SAP PM / EAM processes Redesign and standardise maintenance processes across sites and regions Configure SAP PM for work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, and planning & scheduling Drive adoption of SAP Fiori, mobility, scanning and automation Ensure strong integration with SAP MM, FI/CO and operational systems Lead SAP PM workstreams within S/4HANA and business transformation programmes 6+ years' hands-on SAP PM experience (ECC xkybehq and S/4HANA) ~ Strong configuration and process design skills across core PM functions ~ Experience with SAP Fiori and interest in modern EAM capabilities ~ Solid understanding of maintenance and engineering operations ~ Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with willingness to travel
