About the Company Shakti Hormann Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of doors, frames, and industrial solutions, serving residential, commercial, and institutional projects across India. About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Project Sales person with strong experience in the building materials industry.
The candidate should have a proven track record of working closely with architects, builders, project management consultants (PMCs), and design consultants to drive project-based sales and establish long-term business relationships. Responsibilities Identify and develop project sales opportunities in the building materials sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, PMCs, and consultants to influence product specifications and secure approvals.
Drive sales of Shakti Hormann products (doors, frames, industrial solutions) in large-scale projects. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to support project stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years in project sales within building materials (doors, windows, flooring, paints, hardware, etc.).
Network: Strong existing relationships with architects, builders, PMCs, and consultants. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge: Understanding of project sales cycles, tendering processes, and specification selling.
