Job Summary for Sales Representative (List Format): - Schedule sales appointments over the phone. - Make outbound and cold sales calls to prospective clients. - Generate leads for both B2B and B2C segments. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders via phone and email. - Follow provided scripts when handling various topics. - Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer solutions. - Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of tasks. - Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. - Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships. - Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative sales targets. - Manage and resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction. - Support general office administrative activities as required. - Generate leads, conduct follow-up marketing calls, and close sales deals to achieve targets. - Compile regular sales reports and monitor sales performance. - Update and maintain customer databases and records. - Identify and suggest new products to expand the company's offerings. - Provide basic IT support, including weekly computer backups and software upgrades. - Mentor and support new colleagues to ensure efficient task performance. - Support marketing initiatives and pursue ongoing personal and professional growth. - Utilize CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel, for managing data and interactions. - Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines. - Exhibit self-motivation and a target-oriented attitude.
