The Opportunity: We are looking for two Sales Representatives who thrive on building relationships, delivering results, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Today’s customer engages in many ways, online, phone, and in store. You must be adaptable, responsive, and committed to delivering a seamless experience from first inquiry to final delivery. This is a performance driven role with unlimited earning potential.

Your success is directly tied to your effort, your follow up, and your ability to connect with customers in a modern retail environment. What You'll Do: • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the buying process • Follow up on leads and create new opportunities through proactive outreach • Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives with confidence and product knowledge • Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and budget • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat and referral business What You Bring: • A strong customer first mindset • Automotive sales experience is an asset • Sales and customer service experience in other fields is an asset • A self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed • Confidence in a fast paced, ever-changing environment • Strong digital skills and comfort with CRM tools • Creativity and a solutions focused approach • Team mentality with a competitive edge • OMVIC certification • Valid driver’s license with a clean record • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays Compensation & Schedule: Compensation: On Target Earnings of $100,000+ with Bonus and Commission pay structure Hours of Work: 40 Hour 5 Day Work Week Schedule: Rotating schedule including Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu About Leggat Auto Group: Established in 1922, Leggat Auto Group is a family-owned business with 12 dealerships across Southern Ontario.
