Sales Project Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to oversee client accounts from initial inquiry through project completion. This role combines sales, project coordination, and client relationship management to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution Develop proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet company standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, project management, or event coordination Strong communication and client-facing skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in events, logistics, or rental industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive salary ($65K–$70K) Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Hands-on experience with exciting events and projects
