Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns. Educate clients on various insurance products and policy options.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals. Process new business applications and ensure accurate data entry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals. Requirements Active Maryland Property & Casualty License (Required) Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine desire to help clients find the right insurance solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with common computer applications and CRM systems.
