Job Description
A fast growing fintech is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to support its expanding commercial function. Working closely with Sales leadership, you'll help improve sales performance through stronger forecasting, pipeline visibility and reporting. This is a hands on role focused on driving sales effectiveness, optimising CRM adoption and providing the insight needed to support continued growth across the business.
Key responsibilities Support sales leadership with forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting. Own CRM effectiveness, driving data quality, adoption and reporting accuracy. Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility of sales activity, pipeline health and conversion.
Analyse sales performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Improve sales processes, operating rhythms and reporting to drive greater consistency and accountability. Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology to improve commercial processes and reporting.
Create greater visibility across the customer journey, from lead generation through to onboarding and client activation. Candidate profile Previous experience in a Sales Operations role supporting a B2B sales organisation. Strong experience with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
Experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and sales performance analytics. Advanced Power BI and Excel skills. Ability to translate commercial data into meaningful insight for senior stakeholders.
Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Experience within fintech, payments, FX, banking or another fast-paced B2B environment would be highly advantageous.
