Weβre Hiring | Sales Executive Navilu Group is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives who can go beyond calling β someone who can own the funnel and drive lead conversions and closures for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Experience: 1+ years (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory) Core Objective: Maximize qualified site visits and conversions from inbound & outbound leads Key Responsibilities: β’ Engage and qualify leads from digital platforms and campaigns β’ Build strong rapport with prospects and create urgency for conversions and closures β’ Consistently follow up to convert enquiries into qualified leads and successful closures β’ Coordinate with team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion β’ Track, manage, and nurture leads through CRM until final conversion β’ Maintain strong conversion ratios (Enquiry β Closure) What weβre looking for: β’ Proven experience in lead conversion / pre-sales / telecalling β’ Strong persuasion, objection handling & follow-up skills β’ Ability to work in a results-oriented, collaborative environment with a focus on quality conversions β’ Real estate sales experience is a strong advantage Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (linked to lead conversions) Interested candidates can DM or share resumes at divya@navilugroup.com or vinod@navilugroup.com Know someone who can convert conversations into site visits ?
