The role involves overseeing daily operations, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities will include managing team performance, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, analyzing market data, and executing business plans. Branch Managers will also oversee operational efficiency, manage resources, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including experience with client relationship management and revenue generation. Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and develop actionable insights to improve performance. Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools for sales and business operations.
Prior experience in managing sales or branch operations in distribution or related industries is an advantage. 1. Experience in IT hardware desktops, laptops, servers, networking solutions in corporate, institutions required 2. Understanding technologies in Servers, Storage, backup and security areas will be an added advantage. 3.
Experience in Cold Calling, Account Identification, acquisition, Development, management 4. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, to maintain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling 5. Devising effective strategy with a view to achieve top line and bottom line Profitability of the organization. 6.
Building & maintaining strong relationships with key customers and prospects and ensuring satisfaction level with company’s support & services. 7. Developing and managing New, existing, Specific Customer accounts across segments in the assigned territory / region 8. Able to forecast monthly/quarterly sales targets. 9.
Maximizing the profit in assigned Region / Territory.
