Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Bhosari, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with relevant Industry experience. Roles & Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand customer base · Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research · Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction · Lead, guide, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets · Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients · Participate in Tenders with Technical & competitive Commercial proposals · Coordinate with Design, Engineering and Production teams for customized solutions and timely delivery · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients · Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and MIS · Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events Key Skills Required: · Strong technical understanding of industrial process equipment · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Leadership and team management abilities · Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets · Good networking and relationship-building skills · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Experience Required: · 5–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in process equipment or related engineering industry. · Prior experience in handling B2B sales and key accounts is essential. Preferred Candidate Profile: · Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong commercial acumen. · Experience in industries such as Chemical, Pharma, Food Processing, Oil & Gas, or Paint. · Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
