Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the UK market Identify, develop, and manage relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners Expand SAJ’s market presence and increase brand awareness across the UK renewable energy sector Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management with customers Collaborate closely with technical support, marketing, product management, and headquarters teams Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular market feedback Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer events Support channel partners with product training and business development initiatives Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the solar PV, energy storage, or renewable energy industry Strong understanding of the UK solar and energy storage market Existing network with distributors, installers, EPCs, or industry stakeholders is highly preferred Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness to travel within the UK as required
