Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Sales Manager specializing in jewelry at Neiman Marcus. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the jewelry department, lead and mentor a team of sales associates, and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.

They will develop strategies to achieve sales targets, ensure high-quality visual merchandising, and foster client relationships through exceptional service. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales metrics, managing inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

Excellent sales performance, customer relationship, and communication abilities. Proficiency in retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Knowledge of jewelry products and luxury retail market trends.

Analytical skills for monitoring sales metrics and devising improvement strategies. Ability to work in an on-site setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to varying schedules. Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
