Operating out of two WW2 RAF aircraft hangars in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, we blend traditional British craftsmanship with cutting-edge automation to build stunning spaces designed to truly last. We are seeking experienced talent to join our growing team. Job Description Sales Manager About the role: As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our design team’s success.
You will oversee a dynamic and growing team of sales designers, helping them to close deals, driving process improvement and efficiency, and acting as a bridge between our creative designers and our technical production teams. Your goal is to ensure every customer journey is seamless and that no sales opportunity is missed. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of specialist Kitchen Designers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Support the team in identifying upselling opportunities and improving conversion rates from initial inquiry to final order. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained, managing any complex escalations with a solution-oriented approach. Continually evaluate the team’s workflow; identify bottlenecks and implement smarter, faster ways of working without compromising design quality.
Identify skill gaps within the team and facilitate ongoing training. Attend regular interdepartmental meetings to share feedback and ensure the Sales/Design team is in sync with technical and production teams. Responsible for tracking and reporting on key KPIs Maintain the integrity of the CRM system, ensuring all clients are tracked accurately and the sales pipeline provides a clear forecast for the production team.
Oversee the top down management of the showrooms, ensuring they are always presented to the highest standard, while maintaining designer schedules to maximise client appointments and team productivity. About you: You have significant experience in people management, with a track record of building high-performing teams. You come from a strong sales background, ideally in a high-value, bespoke, or luxury interior environment.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when processes change, ensuring your team adopts new systems with ease. You don’t just follow processes; you look for ways to break and rebuild them for the better. You are a confident communicator and can translate complex technical details into clear, persuasive language for both designers and clients.
