Sales Manager - Healthcare (full time) Edmonton or Calgary, AB, Canada | req29087 Linde Canada Inc. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals (Territory Managers) to manage and grow revenue for a given geography or territory. The Sales Manager strives to increase sales and profits in line with company goals and objectives.

This is accomplished by increasing the level of customer satisfaction and working with Territory Managers to maintain relationships with existing referral sources and build relationships with new referral sources. The Sales Manager provides leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to stretch and challenge Territory Managers to deliver results while representing the organization’s mission, vision, and values. The incumbent will be skilled at team building and possess exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and margin results across your territory, making sure we meet our targets together. You’ll support marketing efforts by helping to implement plans, promotions, and new product launches that keep our business growing. Creating a positive environment that encourages sales growth is key, so you’ll lead initiatives that help the team succeed.

Regularly, you’ll meet with Territory Managers to review sales performance and track progress on our goals. You’ll work closely with different teams like Area Business Managers, District Managers, and IT to plan new business initiatives and make sure our customers’ needs are met. Building strong relationships with key decision makers and top customers will be part of how you support your team’s success.

You’ll use performance data and financial reports to keep an eye on how things are going, develop action plans, and continuously improve our sales operations. Managing the sales budget and team costs while promoting safety within the team will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications You’ll bring college education or equivalent experience along with three to five (3 to 5) years in sales management.

Experience in home and institutional respiratory services like home oxygen and sleep therapy will help you hit the ground running. Leading and developing a team of Territory Managers to grow revenue is a key part of the role. You’ll be action‑oriented, always looking to drive new business opportunities and expand our reach.

Strong negotiation skills will help you work effectively with both customers and internal teams. Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential to keep everyone aligned. Problem‑solving and delivering excellent customer service will be part of your daily focus.

Comfort with technology is important, especially with tools like MS Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards, plus being a team player who collaborates well with others.
