Sales Manager - Hardware Trade

Roles full-time MBA. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the plywood, hardware, laminate, or adhesive industry. Strong experience in the Local market. Proficient in Regional Language Willingness to work across different locations within State. Proven experience in dealer network management and carpenter/contractor influencer programs is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage commercial objectives. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Excel. Candidate Background Requirement The ideal candidate must have solid retail channel and trade sales experience (7 - 10 years exp), preferably in the hardware, plywood, laminate, or glass fittings industry.
