Sales Manager

Bandy Manufacturing, based in Burbank, California, is a leading supplier of standard and custom hinges primarily for the aerospace industry. Established in 1953, Bandy produces over 100,000 hinges annually and supports a wide range of military and commercial aircraft, aerospace vehicles, and non-aerospace applications. The company specializes in manufacturing complex, close-tolerance hinge lengths from materials such as titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and bronze. Bandy has built a reputation for precision engineering and high-quality products over its decades of operation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Burbank, CA. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, manage relationships with key accounts, and develop plans to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, preparing forecasts, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service to uphold Bandy’s reputation in the aerospace and specialty manufacturing sectors. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development Strong relationship management abilities and excellent communication skills for building and maintaining client partnerships Experience with Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Forecasting Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace industry standards, or industrial products is preferred Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools Ability to lead and manage a team while achieving sales KPIs and meeting tight deadlines Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent preferred A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager in aerospace manufacturing Strong analytical skills Must be highly organized, fast paced, and have excellent computer skills Position will require travel as required, approximately 20%.
