Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to help build and nurture long-term relationships with our valued clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, passionate about customer satisfaction, and committed to delivering excellence. You will work closely with a senior sales executive to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Support the senior sales executive in managing key accounts and understanding client expectations. Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing relationships through up-selling or cross-selling.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by promptly addressing queries, concerns, and feedback. Ensure consistent delivery of the companys value proposition through exceptional client service. Assist in preparing client-specific proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements MBA degree or equivalent qualification. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Ability to quickly learn products/services and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
