The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our high-performance sales team (~15 reps). If you have a proven track record of scaling revenue, building high-performing sales teams, and driving consistent, predictable growth, this is your opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact. What Youll Do: Lead and drive the inside sales team (10-15 reps) to consistently exceed revenue targets Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent to ensure peak performance Develop and implement sales strategies to scale revenue from $8M to $12M in two years Set aggressive but achievable KPIs and continuously optimize processes Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and high-energy performance Stay ahead of market trends and competition, adjusting strategies as needed Collaborate with President to align sales objectives with company goals Ensure seamless coordination between sales, resolution, and customer care What Were Looking For: Track record of driving $10M+ in annual revenue ( preferably in financial services, tax resolution, or a high-ticket B2C service industry ) Proven experience in leading, scaling, and managing high-performing sales teams - inside sales and call center experience a plus!
