Sales Lead

Overview The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a part-time Sales Lead who is passionate about health and wellness, knowledgeable about supplements, and wants a fulfilling role that fits into their schedule. Responsibilities Act as a direct support for the Management Team and execute tasks with excellence. Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members to do the same.

Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and create positive, memorable shopping experiences. Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder. Process customer transactions efficiently and maintain accurate merchandise shelves with correct pricing.

Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities. Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts. Perform regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts timely, and keep shelves full and products priced correctly.

Be willing to perform additional duties as required. Who You Are Enthusiastic and able to effectively engage customers and team members. A passion for the health and wellness industry.

Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction. Can work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and location-based shifts as needed for a part‑time associate. Perks Generous employee discount.
