SuperLA was founded on a simple belief: your home should make you feel good. We design homes that prioritize the occupant, and we deliver them with the kind of certainty that makes a typically stressful process feel easy. Our HomeNº series is a collection of four pre-designed, pre-approved single-family home types that we prefabricate and build in 6 months at a fixed price.

No budget creep. No timeline surprises. We currently have 10 contracted families building HomeNº projects in Altadena, and we are now expanding our pipeline to serve homeowners in Los Angeles fire-impact communities with a turnkey solution who are ready to rebuild on their lots.

The Opportunity This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead the sales function at SuperLA. As Sales Lead, you will own the full business development cycle — from identifying and reaching prospective clients, to guiding them through our process, to closing them as contracted SuperLA homeowners. You will be the connective tissue between families who want to rebuild and the product that can make that happen.

You are a natural self-starter and relationship-builder. You are organized, self-directed, and excited about working at the intersection of design, construction, and community recovery. You do not need a real estate background — strong candidates from tech sales, financial services, or other complex B2C sales environments are highly encouraged to apply.

What You\'ll Own Business Development Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and connect with homeowners in Los Angeles and surrounding areas who are planning to rebuild on their lots Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including neighborhood groups, real estate agents, insurance adjusters, community organizations, and city agencies Represent SuperLA at community meetings, rebuilding events, and industry forums Identify emerging opportunities and new markets as SuperLA grows beyond its initial project areas Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients from first inquiry through signed contract Guide clients through SuperLA's HomeNº product series, helping them understand options, process, timeline, and pricing Manage a structured sales pipeline — tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversion at each stage Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client expectations are accurate and well-set Develop and refine sales materials, presentations, and FAQs to support the client journey Report directly to the founder with regular updates on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and market feedback Contribute market intelligence to inform product development, pricing, and geographic expansion decisions Help build the infrastructure (CRM, workflows, playbooks) to scale the sales function as the team grows Who You Are 5+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role with a track record of hitting targets Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles with high-value or emotionally significant purchases Exceptional communicator — clear, warm, and persuasive in writing and in person Highly organized and self-directed; able to build process where little exists today Deep comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving company environment Qualifications Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or home services — though backgrounds in tech sales, wealth management, or other high-trust sales contexts are equally welcome Existing relationships with the Altadena or Palisades communities, or with professionals in the rebuilding ecosystem is a plus Experience building or scaling a sales function from an early stage How To Apply Send a brief note about yourself and why this role interests you, along with your resume, to team@super.la.
