Role Overview The Sales Lead (Austin) will be responsible for developing and growing noissue’s presence within the Austin market. This role is focused on leveraging & building a strong local network and book of business through regular in-person engagement, proactive prospecting, and relationship-led selling. The Sales Lead will act as noissue’s on-the-ground representative in Austin, driving new business acquisition, nurturing long-term partnerships, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities Market Presence & Brand Representation Develop a strong understanding of the noissue brand, mission, and product offering, and represent these consistently in the Austin and Texas market. Build strategic local partnerships that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Identify collaborations, events, and community engagement opportunities that strengthen noissue’s presence in the Austin business community.
Build relationships with founders and brands that align with noissue’s values and customer base. Share insights with leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within Austin. Sales & Business Development Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets within the Austin market.
Build, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of Austin-based prospects and customers, with a focus on long‑term account growth. Proactively generate new business through in‑market prospecting, including: Local networking events Industry trade shows Community and business associations Direct outreach and relationship building Establish and maintain regular face‑to‑face contact with customers and prospects to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of the Austin market landscape, including key industries, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Create and deliver tailored quotes, proposals, and presentations to prospective customers. Manage day‑to‑day conversations, tasks, and follow‑ups to efficiently close business and maintain accurate CRM records. Continuously learn about new product releases and effectively communicate their attributes and benefits to customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for Austin‑based customers, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness. Leadership, Market Building & Talent Development Take a leading role in establishing and growing noissue’s presence in the Austin and broader Texas market, helping to shape the company’s long‑term regional strategy. Build and cultivate a strong local network across the Austin business community to support sustained market growth and brand awareness.
Identify opportunities to expand the Texas customer base and contribute to developing a scalable sales presence within the region. Play an instrumental role in building the Austin sales team by identifying, attracting, and engaging high‑quality local talent through industry networks, community connections, and professional relationships. Actively support recruitment initiatives by helping source candidates, participating in interviews, and contributing to hiring decisions as the Texas team grows.
Help shape the culture, operating rhythm, and best practices of the Austin sales team as it expands. Mentor and support new hires, helping to establish a collaborative, high‑performance team environment. Serve as a key representative of noissue within the Texas market, championing the brand and building meaningful partnerships with local businesses and communities.
Provide ongoing feedback to leadership on market opportunities, customer insights, and strategic growth areas within Texas.
