You prove the model. Phase 2 (6โ12 months): You hire. You train.
You build the playbook. Phase 3 (12+ months): You lead. You scale.
You become Sales Head / Growth Lead. The person we hire today will have the first right to lead the sales team as we scale. This is not a promise โ it is the plan.
