Sales Lead

Our client, a well-established contemporary womenswear retailer known for its curated assortment and elevated in-store experience, is seeking a Sales Lead to support daily store operations and drive team performance on the sales floor. Key Responsibilities Support daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service Lead by example on the sales floor, driving engagement and sales performance Assist in coaching and motivating the team to achieve individual and store goals Help manage floor coverage and support scheduling needs Build strong client relationships and deliver a personalized shopping experience Maintain store presentation and uphold visual standards Assist with inventory tasks, including restocking and organization Partner with leadership to support store initiatives and daily priorities Address customer needs with a positive, solution-oriented approach Qualifications 2+ years of retail or sales experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset Positive, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor Ability to take initiative and support leadership in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering an engaging and elevated in-store experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
