️ Sales Executives – New Build Housing East Midlands – Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire Up to Β£38,000 + Excellent Commission Due to regional growth we are recruiting for experienced New Homes Sales Executives across Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire. The Role Delivering an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to completion Conducting property demonstrations and handling customer enquiries professionally Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors Maintaining accurate sales records and site administration Ensuring show homes, marketing suites, and sales materials are presented to a high standard Monitoring competitor activity and local market trends Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional events Achieving agreed sales and financial targets Skills & Experience Previous experience within sales or a customer-facing role New Homes experience desirable but not essential Strong negotiation and closing skills Professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach Good IT and administration skills including Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays What’s In It For You Up to Β£38,000 basic salary Excellent commission structure Generous holiday allowance Pension scheme Life assurance and income protection Career progression and ongoing development opportunities For more information, please apply with an up-to-date CV to If you do not hear back within 3 days, unfortunately your application has not been shortlisted on this occasion.
