Overview SS Impex is a B2B distribution company specializing in industrial adhesives and surface solutions. The company focuses on supplying high-performance products to factories, workshops, and retail outlets involved in modular fabrication and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industries. Our product portfolio includes silicone sealants, structural glazing sealants, industrial adhesive tapes, abrasives such as sandpaper, and other solutions from brands like 3M and similar manufacturers. SS Impex aims to bridge the gap between global-quality products and local industrial demand by ensuring reliable supply, technical support, and consistent service. We primarily serve businesses dealing in glass, aluminium, plywood, and fabrication, where bonding strength, durability, and application efficiency are critical. Role Description This is a full-time field-based Sales Executive role. The individual will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales from factories, fabrication units, and retail shops operating in modular fabrication and PEB sectors. Key Responsibilities Identifying potential customers, conducting on-ground visits, pitching relevant adhesive and sealant solutions, and converting leads into consistent business. Maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat orders, tracking payment cycles, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Understanding customer applications (e.g., glass bonding, panel fixing, structural sealing) and recommending suitable products accordingly. Regular reporting, competitor tracking, and coordination with the internal team to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications Strong B2B field sales experience, preferably in industrial products, adhesives, hardware, or construction-related materials Ability to generate leads independently and close deals with factories and shop owners Practical understanding of modular fabrication, glass work, aluminium work, or PEB applications Good negotiation skills and ability to manage credit-based sales cycles Basic understanding of products like silicone sealants, structural adhesives, tapes, and abrasives Self-driven with the ability to handle on-ground sales pressure and targets #J-18808-Ljbffr
