As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us expand our reach across both business and consumer markets. The Role This is a high-impact position for someone who knows how to open doors, build lasting relationships, and close deals.
You'll have the freedom to manage your own pipeline while being backed by an experienced leadership team. What You'll Do • Generate and convert new business across B2B and B2C channels • Identify and pursue sales opportunities from prospecting through to close • Set and own your performance targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners • Work closely with leadership to shape and execute growth strategies Qualifications Strong skills in client relationship management, customer engagement, and account management Ability to identify market opportunities and conduct comprehensive market research Proficiency in sales presentations, negotiation, and achieving sales targets Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients Experience in industrial automation or a similar technical sales environment is a plus Proactive problem-solving approach with excellent organisational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred What's on Offer • Flexible pay structure (full-time salary or commission-based) • Real growth potential within an established, respected business • Autonomy to work your way — with the support to succeed • Immediate start available If you're hungry, ambitious, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
