We’re Hiring: Sales Executives (Retail + Academy) At Ellement Co. & Ellement Co. Nail Academy, we’re building a brand where products, education, and experience come together. Now, we’re looking for Sales Executives who can turn conversations into conversions.

Role Overview You will be responsible for driving sales across: Retail (in-store / D2C products) Nail Academy (courses & workshops) This is a frontline, revenue-driving role , where communication, trust, and closing ability matter. What You’ll Do Convert walk-in customers & leads into paying customers Explain: Products (nail care, treatments) Academy offerings (courses, workshops) Handle: WhatsApp / Instagram / call inquiries Build customer relationships & repeat business Achieve daily / weekly sales targets Who We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in sales (beauty / retail / education preferred) Strong: Communication skills Persuasion & closing ability Comfortable with: Face-to-face selling Digital conversations (DMs, WhatsApp) Someone who: Is confident talking to customers Understands customer needs quickly Can sell without sounding pushy Location: Mumbai (On-site) Salary: As per market standards + incentives This Role Is NOT Back-office or support role Passive customer handling No-target environment This is a target-driven, high-energy sales role If you enjoy interacting with people and love the thrill of closing deals , we’d love to hear from you.
