Job Role: IDFC BANK - Sales / Service (Off Roll) Job Summary: We are hiring Sales Associates on an off-roll basis for banking sales and service roles. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell banking products such as personal loans, savings accounts, and mutual funds Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduate in any stream Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply Communication: Good communication skills (V4 level preferred) CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 required Salary Details: Graduate Fresher: ₹18,000 (In-Hand) Experience (1–2 Years): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand) Work Schedule: Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift) Weekly Offs: All Sundays (2nd and 4th Saturdays) All bank holidays Job Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Thane Take the Next Step – Apply Now !
