We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Cone Interactive. Responsibilities and Duties : Identify and develop new business opportunities, utilizing various channels such as telephone, email, social media, and other marketing efforts. Nurture and qualify prospects, ensuring they are well-informed about our services and their potential benefits. Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients by initiating regular communication and conducting follow-ups to guide opportunities through the sales funnel.

Collaborate with team members to schedule conference meetings with prospective clients and assist in preparing relevant materials. Conduct proactive follow-ups with prospects and existing clients, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information to drive sales conversions. Handle inbound sales calls from potential clients, gathering client information, addressing their questions, and ensuring proper follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills : A proven track record in sales, demonstrating exceptional prospecting and customer acquisition skills. Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to initiate innovative sales strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement through email and telephone.

Familiarity with strategic sales processes and experience in managing complex sales cycles. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary : As per industry standards. There will be a fixed and variable component to the salary package. We are looking to provide a CTC of 6 - 7 LPA to a candidate of 1.5 – 2 years’ experience.

Experience : 2 years relevant sales experience is preferred. However, we are also open to fresh graduates provided that they have some sales experience in the form of internships.
