Job Description Job Title - Sales Executive Job Overview: As an Entry-Level Sales Executive in the luxury glass industry, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work directly in the field to promote and sell our high-end glass products to architects, designers, and high-net-worth individuals. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for luxury products and a desire to grow in a sales career.

Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new clients by cold calling, field visits and online platforms. Qualify the leads using our Lead qualification process eg: BANT ● Client Relationship: To build and maintain strong and healthy relationships with new and existing clients by providing high levels of customer satisfaction. ● Product Presentation: Understand our solutions in depth. Effectively present its benefits and use-cases to clients and channel partners through elaborate product demonstration. ● Market Analysis: Follow our competitors, industry trends and market conditions.

To provide detailed feedback to management on market demands and product reviews ● Sales Targets: To effectively meet and exceed the targets set by the management. ● Collaboration: To work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness. To share feedback to production team to ensure clients requirements and needs are met ● Reporting: To maintain a detailed report on customer engagement and sales pipelines. To prepare and submit Daily Sales and Activity Reports.

Requirements Qualifications: ● Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering is preferred. ● Experience: Previous experience in sales of Luxury products or Architectural products are a plus. We welcome recent graduates with high passion in sales from other industries as well. ● Skills: Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with an art of building healthy relationships. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. ● Motivation: Self-motivated and highly driven to achieve and exceed targets.

Effective time management and ability to work independently. ● Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Architectural products and their applications are a plus.
