Role Overview Radware is seeking a Technical Manager – Sales Engineer (Pre Sales) based in Mumbai, India to support Telecommunications customers. This role leads technical pre-sales for complex, high-throughput environments across data centres, hybrid cloud, and service provider networks. You will act as the technical authority in strategic accounts, designing resilient network and application security architectures while driving deal success.

Key Responsibilities Lead all technical pre-sales activities for telco accounts Run deep technical discovery focused on network architecture, scale, and availability Design high-performance ADC and security solutions across on-prem and cloud Architect carrier-grade DDoS mitigation and application protection platforms Deliver technical workshops, demos, and Proofs of Concept Provide competitive technical positioning Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and large tenders Partner closely with Sales and Services teams Core Networking & Security Expertise Networking & Traffic Engineering Strong knowledge of: TCP/IP, routing, BGP, switching High availability, redundancy, and DR architectures Load balancing and Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) Traffic steering and multi-data-centre designs Security Practical experience with: Network and application-layer DDoS protection Web Application Firewall (WAF) API security and bot mitigation TLS and encryption flows Cloud & Hybrid Hands-on design experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP Hybrid connectivity and enterprise security Relevant Background 8+ years in network/security engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting Experience working with enterprises, financial institutions, or telcos Familiarity with platforms such as F5, Akamai, Cloudflare, Imperva, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Citrix, or similar
