Job Description
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or mechanical engineering with 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the water or pump industries. Sales and Business Development: -Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water and pump industries. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining products or services to demonstrate the value of our solutions. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Technical Support: -Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. - Assist customers with technical specifications and applications of our products. - Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer requirements and develop custom solutions.
Market Analysis: - Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Identify opportunities for new product development or existing product enhancement. Proposal and Quotation: - Prepare detailed proposals and quotations based on customer requirements. - Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals. Customer Relationship Management: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. - Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly.
Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. -Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
