As we expand and onboard large enterprise customers, we are looking for a skilled Sales Engineer who can own product demonstrations, technical discussions, and pre-sales activities, enabling the sales team to scale efficiently. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Sales Engineer** to serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales and product teams by conducting impactful product demonstrations, addressing technical queries, supporting enterprise evaluations, and helping prospects understand the value of esteticanow's platform. This role will play a critical part in building and scaling our pre-sales function while partnering closely with the Founder and Head of Sales. Key Responsibilities Product Demonstrations & Technical Consultations Conduct 8โ€“12 customized product demonstrations per week tailored to prospect requirements.

Understand customer workflows and showcase relevant platform capabilities. Act as the primary technical resource during sales discussions and discovery sessions. Handle technical objections and provide solution-oriented recommendations.

Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and technical/security questionnaires within defined timelines. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer requirements. Build and maintain reusable demo environments for key customer segments.

Support proof-of-concept (POC) engagements and technical evaluations. Technical Enablement Develop demo scripts, presentation materials, and technical documentation. Train future Mid-Market Account Executives (AEs) on product capabilities and objection handling.

Establish best practices for technical sales engagements. Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve product positioning and functionality. Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as the technical credibility point during customer meetings.

Build trust with enterprise stakeholders through consultative discussions. Work closely with sales leadership to accelerate deal closures. Required Qualifications 5โ€“10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven experience supporting product demonstrations and technical evaluations. Experience working with vertical SaaS products in industries such as: POS Solutions Restaurant Technology Hospitality Technology Retail Technology Salon & Beauty Technology Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.

Experience with: APIs Webhooks Basic SQL Queries Fluent in English with conversational Hindi skills. Preferred Skills Enterprise software sales support experience. Understanding of SaaS integrations and implementation processes.

Experience working with multi-location franchise or retail businesses. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
