Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer who can drive business development through a mix of field sales, cold outreach, and digital marketing initiatives . The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and sales capability.
Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach Conduct field visits and client meetings to present solutions and close deals Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline Leverage digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) for lead generation Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business Track market trends and competitor activities Key Requirements 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development , preferably in engineering/consulting/services Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with cold outreach and field sales Basic understanding of digital marketing tools/platforms Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into client value What We Offer Opportunity to work directly with leadership High-growth, entrepreneurial environment Performance-driven incentives Exposure to diverse industries and clients
