Our portfolio includes Bioreactors, Fermenters, Process Vessels, TFF Systems, CIP/SIP Systems, Filtration Skids, Temperature Control Units, Magnetic Mixers, Freeze-Thaw Systems, and other customized process solutions designed to meet global regulatory standards.

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer โ€“ BioPharma to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and provide process-based solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, and biopharmaceutical sectors. Promote Propack's range of BioPharma equipment and process systems.

Understand customer process requirements and propose technically suitable solutions. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.

Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams for customized solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, negotiations, and project execution activities.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field. 3โ€“5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of BioPharma processing equipment and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Preferred Skills Experience in selling Bioreactors, Fermenters, TFF Systems, CIP/SIP Systems, Process Vessels, Filtration Systems, or related equipment.

Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and international pharmaceutical compliance requirements. Strong technical aptitude and consultative selling approach. Willingness to travel across India and internationally as required.
