The Sales Effectiveness Analyst works in our Lake Forest, IL location and supports the US Sales Organization by managing the sales incentive compensation program and providing analytical and operational support across all domestic sales channels. What You’ll Work On Manage the sales incentive compensation program, including sales reporting by product brand, customer, and geography.
Compile and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and goal attainment. Assist sales channel managers with application and analysis of sales compensation. Support IC review and annual planning processes.
Review processes for automation opportunities. Monitor and maintain sales force territory alignments for optimal coverage and geographic efficiencies. Communicate and coordinate activities with alignment vendors.
Provide support for Sales Planning and Analysis, internal cross‑functional departments, and ad‑hoc queries. Track sales samples, marketing programs, and sales activities via in‑house reporting tools and outside vendors. Define, analyze, and recommend solutions to address sales issues based on current processes and future business needs.
Support multiple remote customers. Education And Experience Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or commercial excellence, preferably within healthcare or diagnostics.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization. Strong project management and prioritization skills, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations. Exceptional attention to detail in data validation, reporting accuracy, and documentation.
Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights. Demonstrated project management skills is a plus. The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00.
