The Opportunity This is a Boardâlevel role for a commercially driven Sales Director to shape and deliver the Groupâs growth strategy.
Youâll lead national sales operations, drive revenue and margin performance, expand market presence and ensure the business continues to scale sustainably. What Youâll Lead Groupâwide sales and marketing strategy National sales team leadership and performance Revenue, pricing and margin optimisation Key account development and major contract negotiation Market expansion across construction, infrastructure, utilities and industrial sectors Commercial systems, forecasting and strategic planning Crossâfunctional collaboration with the Board and operational leadership What Youâll Bring Proven Sales Director or senior commercial leadership experience within plant hire, construction support services, engineering or industrial markets Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and margin improvement Experience leading national, multiâsite sales teams Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at pace Strong stakeholder management and relationshipâbuilding skills Desirable Experience in plant hire or specialist equipment markets Established network across construction, infrastructure or utilities Reach out to lb@spencer-richardson.com for a confidential chat, or more information.
