Overview Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, and related supplies in the United States. Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business through eight regions and markets under various banners including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, and Platt Electric Supply. The company has an online store and a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.
We are looking for a Sales Director to join our Rexel team in Naperville, IL. Responsibilities Maintain the highest quality sales team by ensuring the entire team is trained in all products/services. Develop and implement the sales strategy for the area of focus, aligned with regional goals.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the sales forecast. Interact with customers to support and grow company sales. Motivate the sales team to continuously improve performance.
Onboard new sales team members quickly and achieve productivity in the shortest timeframe. Identify new business opportunities and executive-level partnering relationships. Other duties as assigned.
