A growing financial services organization is seeking a Director to lead, develop, and expand a team of financial advisors in its Miami office. This role is ideal for a producing advisor who enjoys mentoring and developing others, combining personal production with leadership responsibilities including recruiting, training, and coaching advisors. The firm operates on a comprehensive financial planning platform and maintains relationships with a major national financial services provider, offering advisors access to a broad range of insurance and financial solutions.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing to grow your own advisory practice within an established organization. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor financial advisors to support professional development and production goals Recruit and onboard new advisors as the firm continues to expand Maintain personal production through financial planning and client advisory services Provide guidance on prospecting, client relationship development, and business planning Support advisors in building and managing their practices Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture within the office Partner with leadership to drive growth initiatives and advisor development strategies Qualifications Active Florida 2-15 (215) Life, Health & Variable Annuities License required Series 6 license preferred Experience as a producing financial advisor within an insurance or financial services organization Prior experience mentoring, training, or leading advisors strongly preferred Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management Strong leadership, recruiting, and coaching abilities If you’re interested in a hands-on leadership opportunity within a growing financial services organization, we’d like to hear from you.
