The Role This is a senior, handsâon Sales Director position with full accountability for revenue performance across service â and contractâbased offerings.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering a longâterm commercial strategy, driving predictable revenue growth through new contract acquisition, renewals and expansion of existing customer relationships. The role combines strategic leadership with direct involvement in major opportunities, negotiations and customer engagements. In addition, you will build, lead and develop a highâperforming sales and account management team, embedding a culture of accountability, valueâled selling and customer focus.
The ideal fit Proven experience in a Sales Director / Head of Salesâlevel role Strong background in contractâled, recurringârevenue business models Track record of delivering predictable growth through longâterm customer relationships Confident leading seniorâlevel negotiations and strategic customer discussions Commercially astute, with strong forecasting, pipeline and performance discipline Experienced people leader, capable of building and developing highâcalibre teams Pragmatic, credible and comfortable operating in an ownerâled environment Why This Role?
