Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Bengaluru. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects. You will work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to build a high-quality pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts. This role requires a proactive, structured, and results-driven individual who can operate in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead follow-up Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, and intent-based engagement) Develop tailored messaging aligned to customer needs and industry context Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives Maintain accurate and disciplined pipeline tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach effectiveness Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR, or Lead Generation roles Proven experience in prospecting, outreach, and nurturing leads successfully Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with enterprise stakeholders Solid understanding of sales and business development processes Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and organized Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment Why Join NetSfere Work on innovative products at the intersection of security, AI, and enterprise communications Gain exposure to global markets and enterprise customers Be part of a high-growth, execution-focused organization Make a direct impact on revenue through pipeline generation Clear pathway for growth into enterprise sales roles Competitive compensation aligned with performance, rewarding top performers Collaborative, high-performance work environment with strong leadership, modern tools, and comprehensive benefits
