Qualifications Equipment Finance Business to Business Inside Sales Salesforce or other CRM knowledge Requirements Have both the desire and the ability to learn Have a commanding phone presence and be comfortable cold calling Superior communication skills, both written and oral Comfortable working at a fast pace Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent Proficient and savvy with technology This position is NOT remote. We are in the office, M-F. We offer a base salary of $53,500 plus commission.

Anticipated total income in the first 12 months, based on performance and meeting expectations is $100k-145k. Total income for 2nd full year in the 175k – 250k range, and 250k – 350k range for your 3rd full year. MMP Capital specializes in equipment finance primarily for small business owners, we are on pace to finance over $400 million in this calendar year.
