Location: Chennai, India | Full‑time Would you like to combine technical understanding with commercial insight? At Next Fabrication, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to play a key role in strengthening our sales organization and creating value for our customers. The position is based at our office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, working closely with international teams and stakeholders across our global organization. We are an international company headquartered in Denmark, with activities in Europe, India, China, Morocco, Mexico, and Brazil, employing approximately 75 people worldwide. About the Role As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as a central link between customers, suppliers, the technical department, and logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring structured and professional sales processes through effective price management, documentation control, logistics coordination, and high data quality. Your role is key in securing on‑time delivery of our products and systems, maintaining control of inventory and stock levels, and supporting an efficient, well‑organized sales operation in a dynamic international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain framework agreements, pricing agreements, and customer documentation Purchasing from partners and transport companies Ongoing coordination of supplier planning and allocations Analysis of customer forecasts Order handling and follow‑up from order intake to delivery Inventory and stock management Ensuring high data quality across systems Your Profile: We expect that you have experience from a technical trading company, an industrial environment, or an engineering‑driven organization.
