Job Description: Sales Coordinator Responsibilities Support and assist sales personnel with daily administrative and operational tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, sales reports, and customer documentation. Coordinate effectively between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Manage ERP data, track leads, update sales records, and maintain accurate CRM entries.
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities for the sales team. Assist in order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure prompt issue resolution.
Track sales goals, key performance metrics, and progress throughout the sales pipeline. Maintain organized records and documentation to support smooth operations across the sales cycle. Prepare and manage tender documentation, submissions, and related compliance requirements.
Follow up on pending offers, expected orders, payments, EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits), and SDs (Security Deposits). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree of any stream 4–5 years of experience in sales coordination or technical sales roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
