What You Will Be Doing Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate, connecting and engaging with customers.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year thereafter.
Employees in some states accrue and may roll‑over sick time as required by state law. All sick time required by state or local law will reduce an employee's annual PTO accrual accordingly.
