Experienced Sales Consultant (High-Volume / Phone-Based) – London (Liverpool Street) City of London (on-site) ⏰ Mon–Fri 9–6 £30k –35k basic + uncapped commission + bonus We’re partnering with a fast-growing home buying group helping homeowners sell quickly and with certainty. People don’t come here casually, they come because they need a solution. That means conversations require empathy, confidence, and commercial instinct in equal measure . The Role This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role where you’ll speak to up to 100 homeowners a day. You’ll take inbound enquiries, understand each seller’s situation, and guide them toward the right outcome. It’s fast-paced, people-heavy, and performance-driven - ideal for someone who thrives on energy, momentum, and results. What You’ll Be Doing Handling a high volume of inbound calls (80–100 daily) Building rapport quickly with a wide range of customers Navigating sensitive conversations (financial pressure, urgency to sell, etc.) Qualifying motivation, timelines, and suitability Delivering consultative, solution-led conversations (not scripted selling) Converting opportunities through trust and confidence What We’re Looking For We are open on background - you do not need property experience .
