We are looking for a Footwear Sales experienced and result-oriented Category Lead to drive business growth across Gujarat. Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Achieve sales and growth targets for the category across the state. โ€ข Expand distribution and strengthen market presence. โ€ข Manage distributors and key channel partners. โ€ข Ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. โ€ข Execute promotional activities and retailer engagement programs. โ€ข Lead and guide the sales team to deliver business objectives. โ€ข Analyze market trends and provide inputs for category development. โ€ข Drive sustainable growth and increase market share. โ€ข Reporting to ASM / RSM. Requirements: โœ” 8โ€“15 years of experience in Sales/Category Management/Channel Management. โœ” Strong leadership and business development skills. โœ” Experience in handling state-level operations. โœ” Willingness to travel across Gujarat. โœ” Should have Footwear Sales experience.
