Job Title: Sales Associate – Solar Industry Location: Pan India | Remote/Office Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2–4 Years About the Company: DDE UHP is a pioneering provider of ultra-high purity process utility systems serving the semiconductor, PV Solar, and other high-tech industries. With a strong legacy in turnkey solutions, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing complex utility systems. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to support business growth in the Solar segment by generating inquiries, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion in mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle Inquiry Generation and Management from Solar industry clients • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar segment • Build and maintain strong client relationships with EPCs, manufacturers, and stakeholders • Coordinate with internal Design, Projects, and Technical Teams for proposal development • Share and Follow-up Quotations & Proposals with clients • Track leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM/tools • Conduct Market Research to understand competitor activities and industry trends • Support senior team members in closing deals and achieving sales targets • Participate in Client meetings, Presentations, and Negotiations • Manage inquiries, vendor registrations, and timely follow-ups to drive sales conversions. • Develop new business opportunities and support client relationships to achieve targets. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Mechanical/Chemical) and/or MBA in Sales/Marketing • 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in Solar / EPC) • Exposure to Solar industry or related sectors is mandatory/preferred • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of technical products/systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Industry Background: • Solar EPC companies • Solar module / Cell manufacturers • Semiconductor / Cleanroom / UHP system companies • Industrial Gas / Chemical / Process system companies Note: Pan India – flexibility to travel as per business requirements
