Sales Associate (part‑time 10hr) Job Overview Join our VANS team at the Bullring, Birmingham, to provide customers with a memorable shopping experience. The role involves inspiring customers, delivering excellent service, and maintaining high standards on the shop floor. Responsibilities Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.

Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store. Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines. Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market.

Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room. Qualifications Passionate about interacting with customers. Demonstrates enthusiasm, a hands‑on mentality, and a positive can‑do attitude.

Passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus). Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
